How Paint Correction Works

Transform Your Ride with Professional Paint Correction

Is your car’s paint looking dull, faded, or marred by scratches and swirl marks? These imperfections, caused by everything from road debris and weather to improper washing, detract from your car’s appearance and value. A simple wash and wax just won’t cut it. That’s where professional paint correction comes in.

Paint correction is a meticulous, multi-stage process that restores your car’s paint to its original glory. We go beyond surface cleaning, addressing deeper imperfections like scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, water spots, and even holograms (those annoying buffer trails). Our trained technicians use specialized tools and high-quality products to carefully remove the damaged outer layer of paint, revealing the fresh, smooth surface beneath.

Our Paint Correction Process:

Detailed Wash & Decontamination: We start with a thorough wash and a clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants that a regular wash can’t touch. This prepares the paint for polishing.

Precision Machine Polishing: This is the heart of the process. Using a variety of polishing compounds and pads, we carefully remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections. This multi-stage polishing is what sets us apart, ensuring a flawless finish.

  1. Paint Protection: After correction, we protect your investment with your choice of:
  2. Carnauba Wax: A classic for a warm, rich shine.
  3. Paint Sealant: Durable protection for up to a year.
  4. Nano Ceramic Coatings: The ultimate in protection, lasting for years and repelling everything from scratches to UV rays.

Types of Paint Defects and Their Correction

  • Swirl Marks: These are light scratches caused by improper washing techniques or using harsh cleaning products. They appear as tiny circular marks. Paint correction can easily remove them.
  • Random Deep Marring: These are deeper scratches that may require multiple stages of polishing to remove.
  • Deep Scratches: These are the most severe type of damage and may require wet sanding followed by polishing to remove them.
  • Water Spots and Etching: These are caused by acidic contaminants like bird droppings or hard water. Paint correction can usually remove them, but severe cases may require more aggressive polishing.
  • Buffer Marks and Hologramming: These are caused by improper buffing techniques and appear as fine lines or patterns. They can be removed with careful polishing.

Benefits of Service

Normal fallout, like everyday dirt and grime, can be easily removed with a simple hand wash. However, prolonged fallout, such as bird droppings left on the paint for an extended period, can etch the surface and cause more serious damage. Paint correction involves a multi-step process to remove both types of fallout. This process typically includes a decontamination wash, clay bar treatment, machine polishing, and applying a protective long lasting nano ceramic coating.

Restored Paint: Removes scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections.

Enhanced Shine: Brings back the original luster and gloss of your car's paint.

Increased Protection: Prepares the surface for protective nano ceramic coating install
